THE dark and caliginous clouds
had finally drifted away
and the massive sky was clearer
than any she had ever seen.
DESPITE the illuminating light of the moon
She could see the myriads of stars,
some were close
Some were infinitely distant
Like of bright dust splintered across the obscure night.
MILLIONS of stars were dangling
through the sky,
and yet she has only one favorite,
the one that glimmers most
Like her heart.
THE one that coruscates
like her eyes whenever she sees him,
the one that blinds her
because of too much brightness,
It was him,
Her only star.
